“The shower drainage did not work since the day we go there. Water fills up the bathroom every time I take shower. Sink water was not working had to use shower room water to brush my teeth and wash my face. Pillow case has not been replace because there was stain on the pillow case I was sleeping on. The air conditioner was loud and it has some kind of sequence every time it turns on and off without anyone touching. Over roll I give 3/10 experience.”

“Booking this hotel was a terrible choice. We stayed other hotels in Mecca clock tower and Jabal e Omar, but this was the worse one. Bathrooms were dirty shower was not working properly. Breakfast was very low standard. We paid high price compared to other hotels but get lowest services food and accommodation. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Near to jarwal bus station about 5 min walking Near to haram about 12 min walking 24 Hrs shuttle bus to/ from haram Many restaurants and shops City view not very well Housekeepers are polite and helpful”
